Payment must be made in full. If payment is not received the goods will be deemed not sold and will be available for sale again.
All of the items sold by Officemachine are under warranty. Most of our items come with a minimum supplier's warranty of one year. Some items offer a longer warranty.
In case of any issue: All warranty issues will be organised for you by Officemachine and handled directly by the manufacturer of the product.
You will need to contact us with the make, model and serial number of the faulty item as well as the nature of the fault. We will then arrange it to be picked up and replaced ASAP.
Refunds and Returns Policy
At Officemachine we are confident that our products are the best available on the market. We make sure that you receive all the information and advice to assist you in making the right decision. This is why unfortunately we don't accept returns based on a change of mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has major problem. This is when the item:
has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
is significantly different from the sample or description
doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase - eg your invoice.
Estimated delivery times "from 3 to 5 days" are to be considered as guide only as delivery times may vary.
For metropolitan and country areas, OfficeMachine require delivery fees based on order content.
For all orders delivered to Northern Territory, OfficeMachine reserves the right to quote the shipping.
